I learned how to manage my time better, stay organised and maintain focus on my goals. The tools and techniques I gained have made a significant difference in both my personal and professional life.
I've noticed a big shift in my confidence — especially at work. I'm managing my time more effectively and I've built stronger relationships with stakeholders. Realistic and sustainable, which has made all the difference.
Building Foundations
If you're newly diagnosed, newly curious, or simply at the start of working out what's going on, this is where it begins. Three sessions to map where your effort is currently going, name what's actually getting in the way, and leave with practical tools you can use on a day-to-day basis.
£270Book packageSustainable Systems
For a bigger piece of work: a transition, a recovery from burnout, or a pattern that has repeated often enough that you've stopped expecting it to change. Six sessions gives us room to find what's driving it and build something that survives a bad week — with resources that stay yours afterwards.
£480Book packageLasting Momentum
Twelve sessions, at a reduced rate. Enough time to change something that has been true about your life for a long while — in work, in relationships, or in how you treat yourself. Long enough to hit and follow up on setbacks so we can work through them properly, and find out that the change holds.
£840Book package
Clarity Session
A focused, standalone 60-min session for when you have a specific challenge to work through.
Not every problem needs a programme. If you’re facing a particular decision, transition, or obstacle and want expert support to think it through, a single Clarity Session gives you dedicated space to do that.
It's also a straightforward way to try coaching before committing to a package. No obligation either way.
Your client portal
Your personalised coaching portal (also available as an app) lets us set goals, break them into actionable tasks, and track your progress—all in one place.
You’ll access session summaries and resources tailored to how you learn best: short videos, audio files, or visual guides. Between sessions, stay accountable with check-ins and chat support, so you always know what’s next without scrambling to remember what we discussed.
No neurodiverse coaching session is the same because your story and your problems are unique to you. That said, we can give you a general outline of how it works.
The coaching journey
Book in a package
Book a single session, or commit to a package of 3 or 6 or 12.
Fill in intake form & explore portal
Once you sign up you get emailed an intake form and the coaching contract you have to fill in. This way, we both have a better understanding what you are looking to get out of the neurodiverse coaching sessions. Your portal opens immediately, so have a look around before we meet.
First session
We use the intake form to map the context: what you're trying to do, what's in the way, and what deserves your attention first. From there it's collaborative, building psychological skills and chipping away at goals that actually matter to you. You get a written summary afterwards.
Ongoing accountability
Goals and next steps get updated every session, so you always know what you've committed to. Relevant resources land in your portal. Between sessions you can message me, and I can message you.
Questions? We've got answers
We know investing in yourself can feel like a big step, especially when you've been let down by "quick fixes" before. Here are the questions people ask most often about our coaching services.
If you are looking for even more information, feel free to have a look at our coaching contract.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. I don’t diagnose and I don’t need one to work with you. Some clients have had a diagnosis for decade, some received one recently, some are on a waiting list; some have decided not to pursue it. The work is the same: what are you trying to do, what’s getting in the way, and what skills would help.
Is this coaching or therapy?
Coaching. We work forwards, on what you’re building and what’s getting in the way of it.
That said, I won’t pretend the line is perfectly clean. ACT uses psychological skills — including sitting with difficult thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding them — and some of that can feel therapeutic in the moment. The difference is what it’s for. We’re not opening things up to process the past; we’re opening them up because avoiding them is usually what’s been keeping you stuck, and presence is part of how you get unstuck. Every bit of it is in service of doing what matters to you, not insight for its own sake.
What if it isn't working?
Sometimes “it isn’t working” is real feedback, and I want to hear it. But sometimes it’s the thing we’re actually here to work on — avoidance showing up as “this coach isn’t right” or “this approach isn’t for me,” right when things start asking something of you. That’s not a criticism; it’s one of the most human moves there is, and I do it too.
So I won’t just take “it isn’t working” at face value, and I’d ask you not to either. We’ll look at it together — is this genuinely the wrong approach, or is it the moment to use a skill instead of opting out of it? Both of us have a job here: mine is to notice the pattern and say so out loud, even when that’s awkward; yours is to stay honest about what’s actually happening rather than let the exit quietly happen. If we do that and it’s still not working, I’ll tell you straight and help you find someone better suited.
What happens between sessions?
Check-ins, messaging and accountability tools through your portal. Use it as much or as little as helps. Some people message weekly, some only the night before a session. There’s no correct amount.
What if I need to pause?
Life is full of curveballs: burnout, illness, a work crisis. Packages are designed to be used within twelve months of purchase, but I take context into account and I don’t want you losing sessions you’ve paid for. We’ll sort something out.
Which package is right for me?
Not sure? Schedule a free call and we’ll figure it out together based on where you are and what you’re working towards. No pressure, no obligation. Just an honest conversation about what makes sense.
Can my employer or Access to Work fund this?
Yes, and many clients do. I’m a registered Access to Work coaching supplier and provide all the invoices and documentation needed for reimbursement. You pay upfront and claim it back through your funder.
Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all. We can meet via video, phone, or audio-only —whatever helps you show up as yourself without extra stress.
