  • Being so clearly seen was a massive relief. I didn't have to spend lots of time explaining as usual. It's been a lifeboat arriving when I needed it most.
  • The changes have been realistic and sustainable — that's made all the difference. A coach who brings real clarity, structure, and compassion to the process.
  • Tired of surface-level solutions that don't stick?

You've read the books. Tried the apps. Built the systems. And for a while, some of it helped.

But most productivity advice was written for a different kind of brain — and a less frantic world. When everything around you is designed to pull your attention somewhere else, generic strategies don't just fall short. They miss the point.

That's where neurodivergent-informed coaching comes in. Not more tips and tricks. Real, evidence-based support that starts with understanding how your brain actually works — then building systems and skills that fit.

    • Evidence-based approach

      #

Sessions draw on ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Training — a psychological approach that builds real, transferable skills rather than surface-level habits. It works because it starts with how you actually think and feel, not how you're supposed to.

    • Structured sessions

      #

Every session is anchored to your goals and what matters most to you. That structure isn't rigid — it's what keeps things moving, so sessions translate into real progress between meetings.

    • Personalised accountability

      #

You get your own coaching portal — a secure, intuitive space to track goals, access resources, and stay connected between sessions. Accountability that works around your brain, not against it.

    What our clients are saying

Neurodiverse Coaching has specialised in ACT-based coaching for neurodivergent adults since 2017. But the best way to understand what that means in practice is to hear it directly.

    About your coach

Nick has spent nearly a decade working with people whose brains process the world differently — across employment support, criminal justice, cancer care, and one-to-one coaching.

What that experience has taught him is that neurodivergent adults rarely lack intelligence, insight, or motivation. What they're often missing is a framework that fits how their brain actually works — and someone who understands the difference between "won't" and "can't."

His approach draws on ACT, behavioural science, and working with real people in real circumstances. Evidence-based because it needs to be. And grounded in the understanding that you're a whole person, not a set of symptoms.

    How we work together

    • A methodology that fits your brain

Sessions draw on ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Training — to build skills that transfer into real life, not just insights that fade after the session ends. Practical, evidence-based, and designed around how neurodivergent adults actually think and feel.

    • A structure that keeps things moving

Your own coaching portal to set goals, break them into steps, track progress, and stay connected between sessions via check-ins and messaging. Everything in one place — so nothing falls through the gaps.

    • Resources that match how you learn

Based on your goals, you get access to a personalised library of short videos, audio files narrated by Nick, and visual guides. Because how you take in information matters as much as what the information is.
