Neurodiverse Coaching Support
Specialised ADHD & Autism
Coaching designed for neurodivergent brains. Whether you're newly diagnosed with ADHD, autistic, or self-identifying, get the specialised support you need to understand yourself better and move forward with confidence.

Tired of surface-level solutions that don't stick?
You're intelligent and self-aware enough to know that productivity hacks aren't solving your 'executive functioning' problems.
You're ready for deep, lasting change, not quick fixes. You want to understand yourself better and build a healthier relationship with your (neurodivergent) mind. Here at Neurodiverse Coaching we do this with:
An evidence-based approach
#
By integrating Acceptance and Commitment Training into the neurodiverse coaching service, our sessions become more robust and more skill-based.
Structured sessions
#
Our sessions always point back to goals & actions. This gives us guidance and focus. This way our sessions will have an impact, because you continue to move towards what matters.
Personalised accountability
#
We use a clean, intuitive and secure client coaching portal (or app) that tracks your journey and keeps everything in one place. Unravelled accountability (if you are looking for it).
