Close the gap between
knowing and doing

Specialised ADHD & Autism Coaching

For neurodivergent adults who are tired of trying harder — and ready to try differently. Coaching designed around how your brain actually works.

  • Being so clearly seen was a massive relief. I didn't have to spend lots of time explaining as usual. It's been a lifeboat arriving when I needed it most.
  • The changes have been realistic and sustainable — that's made all the difference. A coach who brings real clarity, structure, and compassion to the process.
  • You know what to do

You already know what you should be doing.

It's not a knowledge problem. You've picked things up along the way — from conversations, from videos, from just living with your brain long enough to understand it a bit. You know roughly what would help. The problem is making it stick. Starting it consistently. Finishing it. Building something that doesn't quietly fall apart the moment life throws a curveball.

It's not a motivation problem. It's not a willpower problem. The systems most people use were built for a different kind of brain — and you've been working harder than most people realise just to keep up.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place:

You start things easily but finishing them is a different story.
Emotions hit harder and faster than you'd like — or go completely flat.
Time feels slippery; deadlines sneak up or stretch out strangely.
You can explain exactly what you need to do and still not do it.
You've been told you're not trying hard enough by people who have no idea how hard you're trying.

    Working With

    What is different here

A lot of coaching is essentially a weekly conversation. You talk, feel heard, leave with some ideas — and then life intervenes until next time.

    That’s not what this is.

Coaching here is built around ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Training — a skills-based approach that builds real, transferable tools: facing difficult thoughts without being controlled by them, staying present when your mind pulls in ten directions, taking action guided by what actually matters to you.

These are skills you practise, not concepts you understand once. And the work happens between sessions as much as inside them — through your portal, we track goals, share tailored resources, and stay connected. Continuity, not just a weekly reset.

    About your coach

I’m Nick, a neurodiversity coach based in Wales. I’ve spent over nine years working exclusively with neurodivergent adults — privately and as a delivery partner for the DWP’s Access to Work scheme and the Ministry of Justice.

And neurodiversity doesn’t stay at work when I come home. I live with neurodivergent family members, which means this isn’t just professional familiarity — it’s daily life.

    Not sure where to start?

Before booking anything it can help to get a clearer picture of where you are and what’s actually getting in the way.

The Neurodivergent Coaching Needs Assessment takes a few minutes to complete. It looks at how you’re currently managing across the areas neurodivergent adults most commonly find difficult — focus, emotional regulation, follow-through, routines, and self-understanding. At the end, you’ll get a personalised result with some practical pointers, whether or not coaching is the right next step for you.
